Default Managed to run
4.5 kilometres (approx 3 miles) in 30 minutes running with my daughter who is training for the London marathon.

When I was first dx'ed I wondered if I would be walking five years in.

ECD my mum lives in Ivybridge and we own a place in Bodmin, are you anywhere near those places ?
