Hi - No more alcohol, rest your brain and your body, avoid stress and DON'T bang your head again. If you don't feel well don't carry on with anything - rest. Ignoring tiredness and not resting is the worst thing you can do.
I will leave it to the boys to expand on this but above gives you the basics. Could you tell us how old you are?
