Welcome to the group! I am sorry to hear all you've been through and still no confirmed diagnosis. It does sound like MG, especially due to the fact Mestinon helps your symptoms. There are so many doctors that just don't like to make an MG diagnosis when the labs come back neg, but I believe that way of thinking is starting to change. I hope you will find a good neuro that will figure it out one way or the other so you can start feeling better. Good luck with the stress test and let us know how you make out.
