Hi Di

Patches well I place them anywhere, in fact I was hoping that they could make a body sized patch!!! I do cut them up and spread them about. It takes the tingle off the pain not really helping but I think it does in a strange way, cannot really explain, the pain is there but the patch makes a tingling sensation which is different to the hideous pain. I have even wrapped a piece around my thumb which was wonderful!!!

I am going to use some cohesive bandages to help hold mine in place as with the excessive sweating nothing seems to stick. I will try the one on the foot as they, partic the left is driving me mad. Back to see specialist begininning of July.

Great to hear from you....just I cannot get on too often as well you understand.
Love Hx in lovely hot uk.

The lidoderm patches, where do you place them? On your feet or at the origin of the ridiculopathy. I place mine on the small of my back, upper hip area.

The pain is coming from there to my feet. When I get the weird sensations in the feet I use preperation H, it has lidocain in it to numb. THe % is lower then the patches, but at least it is directly on the sensory skin area. Otherwise, If I cut a piece of patch and then put a sock on to hold it. I use arch supports, like a band of ace bandage to hold it in place.

Today I have in the small of my back and one cut in half on each hip to the sides of the low spine.
feel better soon
