High dose Tegretol can cause hyponatremia. This is a disruption of sodium metabolism. I think you should report to your doctor ASAP.

Lyrica is not metabolized by the body, and is excreted mostly whole thru the urine. It does not have many interactions that are liver oriented for this reason. It will however, be additive with other drugs that cause sedation.

Cymbalta can cause liver damage. So that needs immediate attention as well.

Your drug mix is very complex....Please see your doctor as soon as possible.
