Both would be additive in the sedation department if you are
susceptible.

Darvocet may not be available much longer. It is being reviewed by the FDA and may lose its approval. The pain relief that the Darvon portion delivers is poor, and it is very habituating. It is a culprit in falls in the elderly. The tylenol portion of Darvocet is really the major pain portion.
All in all it is not considered a good pain drug. But doctors who are afraid to use stronger meds, still use it...thinking something is better than "nothing". It is just in this case habit forming anyway.

Some people still like it and use it.

Lyrica does not interact with the metabolism of other drugs.
Its cousin Neurontin is similar in this respect.
