i want to try craniosacral therapy, as a therapist at the place where i get PT does it, and because i read a miracle cure story about it once (those miracle cure stories are like crack!). my main doctor told me that it's baloney, but i'm willing to lay down a few bucks to find out for myself.
does anyone have any opinions, experiences, advice?
be honest--i'm just trying to exhaust my shrinking pool of non-ketamine options (as if my health care would cover ketamine).
