Didn't work for me at all, but it felt nice to have done, liked the zings. I have just discovered immediate but temporary relief from an old jar of mentholatum I had laying around. It only works for about an hour but that's one more hour than I was getting. This is a strange condition that has so many options and areas of the body it covers, and the relief is just as weird too. Melody loves hot weather, my body hates it.........go figure!
