A parkinsonian tremor looks like they are rolling a coin/pill in their thumbs.
(my grandpa has parkinsons)

As for fatigue.. I am sleeping (nap) by 3pm.
And then I am down for the night by 8-10 pm.

I'm only 23 years old.. no kids to wear me down.
