JUst this month I had three separate nights of horrifying, painful, restless legs. I seriously could not lay still for 10 hours each of those nights.

Why????? Don't know - this after 6 1/2 years of this? Why now?

strangely, I have been taking Benadryl occasionally for a year since the hospital stay per doc's orders for bedtime. He wants it every night, but I just use it when I'm really in a flare.

Does anyone else think it's related to Benadryl???
