If you type in "chemo" into the search for this forum there are several threads like this one:

Carnitine has been used prophylactically for chemo nerve damge.
Using after the fact is less studied, but worth the try.
There are no drugs that I am aware of for this specific damage.
Only providing certain substances that help mitochondrial function to return, are available at this time.

Are the main players.

If you get tested for Vit D levels, and B12 you might see improvement with Vit D (it is showing cancer prevention traits), and B12 is a healer of neurons too.
