I find curcumin helpful. But curcumin has a very low absorption rate. This product does not have enhanced absorption.

All the studies on curcumin for arthritis type inflammation used
the enhanced form.

Also the glucosamine studies coming out now are not that great.
It is not living up to its original claims.

Curcumin also has the advantage of reducing endothelial inflammation in blood vessels (which the statins claim is why their drugs prevent heart attacks)

So to get your dollar's worth, it may be helpful to try this instead: I only use one of these a day.

I've been using this since Feb, and instead of SAMe which I used for 10 yrs. It is doing well for me. I am getting around okay, with just a few "off" times when it gets damp/stormy.

Often with those combo supplements --the proprietary brand business really means you don't get much in the way of the best ingredient in the mix. In fact you don't know how much you are even getting!

You can get ginger extract --which is also nice much much cheaper... 500mg/a cap. I get mine from Puritan's. Ginger is good for inflammation too.

I think you are paying mostly for the glucosamine in that product.

I stay away from mixes...they usually cost alot of money IMO.
