i like my showers too and sometimes i skip a day if i don't have to go out.
i have a seat but don't use it. what really tires me out is if i have to wash my hair. it's short but still needs to be styled.
my muscles hurt so much that i like my water hot but have to watch that too.
i allow time to sit and rest afterwards.
talk about using your "spoons". it takes about 2 for that project.
