Hi Daniella, Thanks for the reply. I'll do some research regarding dairy and if there is involvement in inflammation. I definetly feel the inflammation is going down. I also have fibromyalgia. Several years ago I almost went to Florida to a Dr. specializing in RSD. He is retired now, but partner is practicing. His website is still online. www.rsdrx.com Dr. Hooshmand has a section on his website called puzzles. Very good questions and answers. He also had a different opinion on opiates and their stiffling the natural endorphins. I've been on vicodin for years and lorazepam, sleeping pills. Can't imagaine trying to not have them. But he recommends other pain killers that are not in the opiate category and why. I'm going to speak to my neuro next week about it. I also have trigeminal nerve disorder.
Take care, loretta
