This is truly amazing! Everyone with itches in completely different places, which are probably due to MS lesions. Thanks everyone. As usual, you've made me feel not so alone in all of this. 
I did pick up some Gold Bond ointment today, which seems to help the best out of everything I've tried so far.
I also have a patch in my middle lower back and one on my hip that was driving me nuts, also. My doc prescribed some prescription cream and instructed me to mix it with Eucerin. That did help.
Now if the itching "down there" would just stop and go away!
It seems to attack me the worst in the middle of the night. I sleep naked, plus I wear loose clothing most of the time during the day.
