you can't really predict what an individual's disease course will be.
some people have few lesions and major sx's and some people have a lot of lesions and few sx's.
your dr is a jerk. fire him and find another who will give you the time of time, validate how you feel and work with you on a plan of action.
sounds like you're on the right track.
