While pabb is right about combo products, this one is not bad.
The curcumin won't be much absorbed at that dose and without some added absorption enhancers.
But the rest seems okay. It is a typical formula to help Fibro symptoms, and tendinitis. The silica is often not found in our diets anymore, so some people benefit from that.
Nothing really expensive in there. So I hope you didn't pay too much?

The combos I do not like are "proprietary mixes" with no ingredients amounts listed.
Also subpotent use of fancy sounding things that are meant to
catch your eye and wallet, but deliver little~~ I don't like those either.
