Ditto that...what do you love? do you love medicine/health issues? Do you like decorating? Do you like working with animals? Kids?
Get out a piece of paper, and brainstorm...write down what you love...and then figure out from there the possibilities.
Good luck, and get inside yourself and listen to that true voice...
