Default The Single Most Important Thing I've DoneToday
Was to reach out my hand for help, to save my life, to realize that I am worth it, that my life is worth it, no matter how sorry I feel having to do it, and admit it up front, for anyone and everyone to read it. And why put it here?? In hopes that it will give others courage to do the same when they find themselves faced with that awful choice, feeling that it is the only answer to the pain they face. Thank you to all my friends here who 'get it'
