My Mom took 1 tablet and then hours later she took 1/2 tablet of it. She couldn't lift her head off of the pillow. This is a number of years ago. I'm not certain if other drugs she was on added to the trouble or not. She never took another one.
Her doctor who knew nothing about CMT couldn't figure it out as little kids took it for seizures. He was clueless anyway.
