RE: The potassium - I was low on potassium as well as vitamin D until recently. I think that is where some of my severe spasms were coming from, too. Or maybe they just wouldn't have been so severe had those levels been right, since I do still have some and my levels are ok now. Good point, mamma3! All these drugs we all hve to take cause vitamin and mineral deficiencies, so we all need to stay on top of that to keep from compounding problems.
