It's funny, because the nightshades are supposed to be avoided if a person has arthritis too....I wonder if there's any connection....
I had started my string of quitting smoking (string, because each quit would last about 2-weeks, 3-months or 6-months) a couple of years ago, before my MG symptoms started. Main withdrawal symptom I noticed, up until today, is extreme muscle relaxation. I also wonder if the nicotine has been covering up my MG for quite some time, especially since my thoracic surgeon says I've probably had this tumour for many years...
My potassium levels tend to be pretty normal, but my calcium levels, oddly, tend to be a bit low...It's strange because I drink milk like it's no one's business...lol...My doc. suggested that I might be low on vitamin D as well...
