Ok.
The recommended values are based off a 2000 calorie a day diet. Since I am burning approximately 2485 calories I could stand to increase the dosage a small bit anyways?
I definately will not make a large leap in dosage like you recommended. Rather, I was just curious if it was safe and to what limit.
I really like what I have read about the Barlean's omega twin. Thanks for the recommendation!
