I've taken a few over the years. The one I take now -- Ritalin-SR (20mg) once per day.
Does it work... a little bit. :shrug: I've tried several others over the years.
Severe Fatigue doesn't have much in the way of good treatment -- at least for me.
I've just had to reorganize my ways in doing things.
