I love the beach. I live in Ohio so that's not an option for me. My Son live on the coast of SC....SO I try to get beach time every year. Just walking it is great, I can barly make myself go out of the house into my back yard even right now...Working on that,, I plan to go back to work Monday...Maybe just having my routine back will help.
