Is it listed in your programs list or the programs/ accessories /system tools?
If it is listed there you can right click and send a copy/shortcut to desktop.

Was the folder the only one that came up (yes).
I then went to Programs, and I looked through all the programs and bingo, there was Internet Explorer, so I clicked on it. All the icons moved on my desktop but nothing happened. So I went back and right clicked and selected "create shortcut", thinking I would get a short cut on my desktop. NOTHING HAPPENED.
So I went back and right clicked on it again, and selected OPEN.
Nothing happened.
So what do I do now OH LEARNED PERSON!!!!
lol lol lol
