Hi Victoria (and all)

The stockingnet...I know what you mean, the lightweight loose thread version of the tubigrip = elaticated stocking- Will dig about for some and have a go. Have tried some of the film dressings (opsite, tegaderm - sure you know them and used them a plenty like me) they work but are cost prohibitive really. The stocking is good idea but again no good after one use as it does not hold its shape and I cannot use anything elasticated. I have used a cohesive bandage and they are ok but pricey and not great to reuse.

One of my big problems is sweating , no sorry men sweat ladies perspire! Some of my drugs are contributory to this. The patches just do not stick to the back of my neck and is problematic. I feel that the problems and the benefits probably cancel each other out so I will have to think about it.
On the quinoline --Mmmmm know we use it here in UK for cramp and partic nighttime cramps so maybe give it a try. Not my idea of a favourite tipple but I can always add to it.

Best wishes to you all.
Hx

You may want to try to keep your patches on if they are on your leg or arm with a stockingette.....

that sort of thing...it breaths and at work we used to keep bandages on with it....if you get it go to your pharmacy and ask for the net one as it will not increase sweating and it breaths and will hold things on well!!! no tape on sensitive skin!! mine are on my back and neck so they usually stay on pretty well!

now as for the restless leg thing....try drinking a tonic water before bed as it has quinoline in it and that is the drug they used for restless leg if it is restless leg you have....need more investigations if you ask me....

hope some of this helps!!
much love my dear!
hugs,
Victoria
