I would love to participate in a passive exercise trial using the theracycle. The company could place some theracycles in hospitals, PT places. To my mind, we don't need neuros to tell if we benefit from the trial. Any old PT, fitness instructor, would do. I think the neuro in this video could design the trial - ie write up criteria, protocols, performance test and , OH YEAH, ASK THE PD PATIENT TO ASSES HIM/HER SELF BEFORE AND AFTER. We wouldn't have to wait for the FDA either!
