I had really bad insomnia before LDN ... well either that or I would sleep for 20 out of 24 hrs.
Since going on LDN, I only sleep about 6 hrs a night, but that seems to work out ok for me. I do need to nap a few hours every day too though, but fortunately I have the freedom to do that.
Since I don't work any more, I don't normally tire myself out ... I think that contributes to how much sleep I need. However, I have found I am sleeping much better since Spring has sprung, maybe because I am out in the yard gardening, cutting lawns, etc. ... so I am using up much more energy these days.
