i'm in friendly, nerdy mode but this strikes me as an exercise that can produce something new.....bigger than the words but with the emphasis on honesty. with a few ground rules, like no rules [except forum rules]and no telling people they have to be postive, no condemnation,no limitations, no time limits... put on your earphones and favorite music and think it out.

oh i just realized it might be viewed as unsafe and too close to the current reality for t hose who are suicidal right now? even tho its' reasons why they shouldn't. well should we ask doc john about it or just forget it?
