Stimulants are commonly used in central neuro disorders to improve quality of life.
My only concern with its use here, is that it causes depression over the long term. This takes a while to manifest...months usually.
So since PD can have a depressive element for some I'd be watchful for this side effect. It typically begins when the drug starts to wear off.
The other side effects are cardiovascular, and you are following that potential, and it seems not a factor for you at this time.
The weight loss should level off. Dexedrine was a diet pill after all!
