I get that all the time. It is a sensory thing. I also get the feeling that I have goosebumps on my leg, especially when I am in the shower, and yet there aren't any goosebumps at all. Or if something rubs on my left, I feel it in my foot and/or my toe will twitch. It can very entertaining.
