If you're interested in the ketogenic diet you can by the book by Dr. John Freeman from Hopkins University titled "The Epilepsy Diet Treatment" Just like you I've also gone through menopause and it was after I went through menopause that the sz. increased I used to have only absence and complex partial sz. now I'm also having myoclonic and drop sz. where I will thrash around. I have a cousin who had tonic clonic sz. all her life but when she went through her change her sz. stopped and she hasn't had a single sz. in over 20 yrs. I don't know what type of sz. you have but if you have absence or cp sz. you might want to try taking Diamox that was very helpful for me but then everyone is different.
