hello..
We should always watch for is shingle as it can run hand in hand with RSD aparently, so it is always a good idea for us to get any painful lesions (dots, bumps, rashes, etc) checked out by our doctor.
I tend to think that the red dots that look like blood blisters are to do with the inflamation side of RSD, and the other rashy ones are to do with flare ups.
