Do you know exactly what your docs have written ? Are you sure they are being specific enough ?
When did you have to quit work ? What couldn't you do anymore ? For example, if your docs say you can't stand for more than a few minutes, SSDI might think you can still do a desk job
If you post more about how you are limited by your conditions, we could tell if we see any obvious "holes" in your documentation. I believe my early denials were in part because of my poor documentation, I tended to put more "best case scenario" stuff instead of average day
