Any drugs like Tramadol or other pain meds I have to call the doc for a refill...then he can monitor how I'm doing. You have to be careful with the perscribed dose. Somedays I don't feel like I need the drug and other days I need more than usual. If the doc says take the pill three times a day I take them three times a day. I'm good at not medicating until my pain is screaming at me....you never catch up! So great to hear what help others!! Now I need to pratice what I preach...lol
