Erin exercise is always good advice. I know people in w/c's that do w/c Yoga or strength training in chairs. Never too late, or too early, to start exercising when you have a disease/disorder or any kind.
I do stretching and then balance exercises. I have a Wobble Board. Two different ones in fact. It has helped my gait imbalance and walk. I use a stationary bike too. I couldn't use these tools until I took the LDN. I think the extra energy it gave me, has helped me in more than one area of my life.
