I started getting insomnia in the mid 1990s. About the same time that my uncle died. (late fall 1995) Which is about the time that I had mononucleosis.

Sometimes I can go months without a problem, and sometimes I can go for months WITH A PROBLEM. I got tired of that yesterday, and made an appointment with my regular doctor about it. I've already stayed up two or three hours past the bedtime that he said I should keep. I'm about to go to bed in a couple of minutes tho.

Hopefully all the exercise that I did today (because the doctor told me to start doing that) has made me tired enough that I'll sleep. If not, the baclofen that I'm about to take should help with that. (not sleeping tonight without a baclofen to catch the muscle spasms I'm sure that I'll be having in a few hours.)
