Default I literally feel trapped in my own body.

These past couple days have been impossible.

IDK if its the heat, but its just been really hard to move at all.

I have to take my dog out and it takes twice as long as it did before.
I really need to focus on walking to almost will my body to continue to move.

My movement feels uncoordinated and choppy. Not like one would expect from a female my age.. but then again, what should one expect from a person my age with a demyelinating disease?

I've been sleeping longer and longer.
And not going to bed later.

Yesterday I didn't get out of bed till 10 or 11, and today I didn't get out of bed till nearly 1pm!
*I go to bed at 10pm*

I obviously get up a few times to let the dog out to do her business, or else it would be animal cruelty.
I fed her, but then I went straight back to bed.

I'm still quite tired.
Typing is even difficult. The muscles in my arms have been sore for no given reason.

2 nights ago I fell because my leg muscles tensed up in the middle of the night.

I just feel so crappy all the time..
Not how I think a 23 year old should feel.

I may go lay back down.
(Just looked at the clock.. I've been awake for an hour and 30 minutes..)
