I was a manager at Verizon Wireless store..so I was on my feet all day. In the
stores chairs are not allowed and it has been a big issue with people.
My neuropathy worsened over the years until 8/08 where I lost total sensation in my feet and now the neuropathy has travelled to my legs and right arm causing weakness as well. My neurologist and kidney doctor are writing letters and filling out forms. The answers to one form my neurologist filled out are listed below.

Lifting = up to 10 lbs occasionally up to 1/3
Carrying = up to 10 lbs never
At one Time
Sitting =less than 15 mins.
standing= less than 15 mins
walking= less than 5 mins
Total in 8 hour day
sit = 1 hour
stand less than 15 mins
walk less than 15 mins
Use of hands
right hand
reaching overhead =1/3 occasionally
reaching all other= 1/3 occasionally
handling = 1/3 ocassionally
fingering= 1/3 ocassionally
feeling= 1/3 ocassionally
push/pull= 1/3 occassionally
