I'm still searching for a way to get a good night's sleep. None of the meds I've tried have helped, except Melatonin, which apparently isn't good for MS patients. I have periods of insomnia and periods of major fatigue, but it's usually insomnia. I have to wake up at 5:00 for work, and the longer I lay there the harder it is to fall asleep. I started Neurontin a month ago, and I was SO hoping it would help me sleep, but it hasn't yet.
I agree with Cherie--I have to go to bed with a full stomach. That really helps me fall asleep.
