David.... those really low attacks are dangerous. They are obviously dangerous immediately, but also long term.

New evidence is showing low blood sugar attacks can damage the brain and lead to dementia:

I'd really get to the doctor and moderate your medication schedule. These episodes can be avoided with proper care.
