It is good to have you join us here. Sorry you're feeling fatigued. It can be frustrating for you and those around you. Nobody seems to understand what you're going through unless you're prfusing with something. Have patience.

Assuming you've been to a good doctor and had appropriate labs and the like, and assuming all those didn't indicate anything, then you will have to examine yourself a little more carefully. Are you getting enough rest, nutrition, hydrated, vitamins and minerals, minimum stress... exposure to metals or toxins, change in surroundings?

you know yourself and you know when you're not yourself.
