Cycloset is not like metformin.

All dopamine agonists may cause nausea. But not all people get that effect.

This drug has been on the market for 40 yrs...or so.
It is used to dry up breasts in women who do not want to breast feed, and also for Parkinson's....in higher doses.

The dose used for Type II is much lower. You'll notice that the placebo group had close to the same drop out rate.
Alot of people get nauseous in the morning before breakfast, anyway.
