Hi I would suggest that you look into something like pcs or TBI.

Or even a situation were your head or neck muscles are in a situation
were they just are so tight they aren't either moving freely, or it hurts
to move. This causes headaches for one thing.

I know about this first hand. I had a whiplash type accident a few years
ago. But instead of being hit by someone in a car. I feel off a bench,
hit the side of a dresser and was with a concussion in my head for a few
days. Didn't really realize this.

But it turned out that I couldn't move my head for almost a year. I
went through Physical THerapy, using a combination of ultrasound,
heat padding, or even ice ones on my neck. And also even traction.

I ended up buying a tens unit to try to learn to use at home. When
it was decided my neck wasn't going to release on its on. I was on
strong pain meds. But it just wasn't letting go, I was being released
from my therapy. There was nothing left to try.

I just happened to get luck with one lesson left, it released. I got to
tell my therapist that it had released that week.
We celebrated. With some tens unit work and some other things. The
headaches subsided, but without the removal of the tension and stiff
neck I wouldn't have lost the pain.
