Greetings, I find some similarities in your and my symptoms.

One, with the weakness, tiredness, you may want to have your B12 level checked, pernicious anemia can cause this.

The walking issue, mine is from cervical and lumbar stenosis, the spinal column is pressing on the spinal cord. The spinal column should be about a size 10 (cannot remember if it should cm or mm, not up on the metric system). My cervical column is now down to 6-7, critical stenosis. And have a constant burning cold pain in both fore arms and the outsides of both palms.
It feels like my skin is in contact with ice.

And have difficulty walking and have to use a can to help from falling over. The dog now walks me and it does take twice as long as it did before. And now loosing ability of 2-3 fingers on both hands, started with ring fingers, now both tall men are not working up to speed.

You may want to hook up with a neurologist or neurosurgeon to get some tests done for a proper diagnosis.

Sorry you are going through all of this and that you find some answers soon.

Peace,
David
