I don't know what sets it off... getting older I guess.

Gall bladder issues create gas, because bile flow is reduced and
that upsets digestion.

There is also the scary effect of ovarian cancer. It is supposed to do that too. My bloating was higher up however.

I only use one Beano before I have salads, onions, and veggies.

Some things still set me off... cabbage for one. (I can tolerate small amounts raw in a salad...with Beano). But any sauerkraut or large amounts of cooked cabbage, are terrible.
Another thing is hummus from chick peas. I had an attack from them where I thought I'd "die"... I love fresh hummus, but I won't be doing it ever again!
