b12 would be a good start,,and being on antidepreesants make a person slugish too,,i use them ,,but i use caffeine to get me moving,,,youve got a idea,,exercise[cardio] buids energy,,the 1st week sucks but once your at the gym and get moving ,the body kicks in,,,,good luck
