Sorry you having trouble. When caught early the spread of RSD can sometimes be prevented. It has a mind of it's own and acks differently in all of us. I have it full body with organ involment.
I know when WC is involved things are complicated and more stressful.
Stress is a huge aggrivator for pain so try and stay calm (I know better said then down).
