My chiro got rid of those aches/trps 2 weeks ago - they are trying to come back now since I did the cooking for Christmas dinner. {big pot of spaghetti, and pasta Alfredo all the stirring, carrying and loading the car to take to bros house}
plus the shopping for all the gifts and food.

I could have spaced it out better - but the weather and power outages messed up my usual plan.

I go every month so he can fix me up- LOL
